Loading chapters from embedded tags in mp3 file

Some audio applications are able to embed markers (labels) to mp3 file. In that case we have to extract this information and use to create e.g. text chapters for Spotify. Chapters Creator can import tags information from mp3 - only one thing to do is load mp3 to Chapters Creator:
